How long does it take for me to get my stuff?
Typically your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class/Priority or UPS/Fed EX for larger items. If an order will take longer due to stock levels, you will be notified and have the option to cancel your order.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. You may also opt to phone in your order by calling 716-681-7818.

When am I charged for my order?
Your credit card is charged the day your order ships.

What is the minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, however we do not accept orders from the following countries due to the high rate of fraud: Argentina, Bermuda, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Chile, China, Colombia, Corsica, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Estonia, Fiji, French Polynesia, Grenada, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Martinique, Mauritius, Mexico, Netherlands Antilles, New Caledonia, Nigeria, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, St Lucia, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, Uruguay, Venezuela, Yugoslavia. Please note your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by Customs once the order reaches your country. Payment of all duties and taxes are your responsibility. Each country has different laws regarding the amount of taxes that you must pay to receive your order. If you have questions about your country’s import regulations, please contact your local Customs office. We can only declare all packages as “merchandise” on Customs forms.

We respect your privacy! All information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. Will I receive my order in time for Halloween?
Orders for Halloween items needed by Halloween Night (10/31/08) should be placed by October 22, 2008. This will ensure timely delivery. This doesn't mean you can't purchase last minute Halloween products, but please be on the safe side and order earlier rather than later.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We stand behind our products 100%, but if you'd like to return or exchange an item, you must first receive a return authorization number which can be obtained by writing to tom@rottenjacks.com or calling 716-681-7818. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. Items considered 'seasonal' such as costumes, props, masks, makeup, costume accessories, Halloween decor and other holiday items are eligable for even exchanges only. Please see our full return policy here for complete details.

Why are there items available on the website but not at the store?
As much as we'd like to, we just can't fit everything into our retail location due to space restrictions. On the other hand, at times there will also be products exclusively offered at store level and not available at www.rottenjacks.com. To see our complete line of products, it's best to shop both online and at our retail location.

How can I locate products that I'm looking for?
Use our handy dandy search feature located in our navigation toolbar.

Do you take pre-orders for collectibles?
we will be implimenting a new 'pre-order' procedure very soon.

I'm looking for an item that's not available on your website or at the retail location. Can you get it for me?
Rotten Jack's Creep Shack deals with hundreds of different vendors. If you don't see what you're looking for then send an email to tom@rottenjacks.com and we'll let you know if we can get it for you.

Who is responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges?
All shipping costs on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Rotten Jack's Creep Shack will not pay for any return shipping costs or offer refunds based on return shipping costs.
